Um...don't even THINK of repairing your ipod by yourself - the newer models especially, like the ipod nano, iphone, ipod touch, which this book does not even cover, anyways. use a reputable online company like ipodjuice.com or myrepairsipod.com since if you try it yourself like my husband did you will only make it worse.
